bELTED gALLOWAY BEEF

Our cows are grass fed, grass finished, hormone free, and antibiotic free. They live on organic pasture and are supplemented with no spray hay (no pesticides). Belted Galloways are a heritage breed dating back to the 16th century in Scotland. Due to its flavor, Belted Galloway beef is sought after by many chef’s around the world!

Heritage Raised Rose Veal

Rose Veal is a specialty meat where a calf is raised to the age of about 1 and given a mixture of milk and grass. This makes the meat a rose red color creating the name rose veal, compared to other types of veal that are white. Veal that can be bought commercially is white due to giving the calf only fortified milk and solids diet, making it actually anemic and deficient in many vitamins and minerals creating the white look to the meat.

Our cattle used for veal is hormone free, and antibiotic free. They live on organic pasture and are supplemented with no spray hay (no pesticides).

FORESTED Berkshires Hogs

Our hogs live their best life in the forest. We call them forested because they roam through a large piece of wooded land, being able to root, roll in mud, and search for food. They help with our regenerative farming practices by tilling up the land and fertilizing it with their manure. They are never given antibiotics nor growth hormones. They are supplemented with organic fruits, vegetable and nonmedicated feed from a local mill. We take deposits for hogs in the spring and run them until November.

Pasture Raised Chicken

Our chickens are pasture raised. They are moved to fresh pasture twice per day. They are supplemented with unmedicated local feed and consume our organic clover patch and insects. They are never given antibiotics or growth hormones.

  • Chickens are $5.50/lb

  • For 12 or more chicken $5.00/lb. Deposit required

PASTURE RAISED TURKEYS

Our turkeys are pasture raised. They are moved to fresh pasture twice per day. They are supplemented with unmedicated local feed and consume our organic clover patch and insects. They are never given antibiotics or growth hormones.

We are currently out of stock of Turkeys but will start taking deposits again in September 2025.

RAw Milk

We have raw milk for livestock consumption available in the farm store. Milk is from our certified A2A2 Jersey cows. Our milk has been tested to identify pathogens such as E.coli and listeria. We periodically do third party testing and also do mastitis testing at home, monthly, to ensure lack of bacteria in the milk.

Sourdough Goods

We also have an assortment of sourdough goods in store!

We do supply bread, but also multiple specialty items such as granola bars, cupcakes, cookies, rolls, bundt cakes and more! Specialty items rotate and not all are continuously stocked!

All baked goods are made with non gmo and organic ingredients.
